We stayed at this hotel in May, 2009 for 5 nights. The location is superb, the Metro stop at Chatelet-Les Halles makes it convenient to get almost anywhere in the city, a great hub from which to venture out. The staff was superb, . Very helpful and multilingual. As a business hotel, the rooms were larger and better equipped than other I've had in Paris previously. Also convenient are the shops and brasseries of Rue Montorgueil. Don't worry about reports of "hooligans" near Les Halles. There are more police here than almost anywhere in the City and I had no problems even late at night. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in great area. Easy assess to everywhere you want to go. I walked all over Paris from this location. Subway and shopping mall are one minute away. Lots of bars and restaurants very close. I enjoyed my stay.

1st receptionist put us in the wrong room (for disabled), she never processed our info, I was asked to pay at the end of my stay, but didn't. Room, lobby and location great, hallways are like the titanic. Overhall very good.
